1. No Returns on Opened or Used Products
Due to the sensitive nature of research compounds, we cannot accept returns of any products once the seal has been broken, packaging opened, or items have been used in any way. This ensures product safety, quality, and compliance with research standards.

2. Eligible Returns
Returns may only be accepted if:

• The product was damaged in transit,

• The product received is incorrect (different from what was ordered), or

• There is a documented fulfillment error on our part.

3. Return Procedure

• All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

• If a return is approved, refunds will be issued only for the product cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm the return.
